I had a lovely stay at The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue, but it wasn't without its hiccups. The location is perfect, right in the heart of midtown, making it easy to explore. While the room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the check-in experience was a bit chaotic, which dampened the overall impression. The high price point made me expect an almost flawless experience, and I wish the dining options were more reasonably priced.
